Wedding gifts split into two piles. There is the pile that goes on a shelf because it is too nice to use, and there is the pile that gets used every week and quietly becomes part of the house. It also solves the group gift problem. A board with both names on it is a gift for the couple rather than for the groom, so a set of groomsmen can go in on one thing without it turning into another round of glassware.
How to Personalize
- Type both names the way you want them read, for example Michael & Sarah. They engrave in script and we size the line to fit the board.
- Type the line that goes underneath. The wedding date, a surname, a phrase, anything.
Check your spelling, then add it to your cart. We engrave exactly what you type. Every board is laser engraved by hand in Monroe, Connecticut.

Can we give it before the wedding?
That is how most of these are bought. Enter the date from the invitation and we engrave it, then hand it over at the shower, the rehearsal dinner or on the day itself. Nothing about the board needs the wedding to have happened yet.
Can we put their married surname instead of two first names?
Yes. The script line takes The Callaghans as happily as Michael & Sarah, and it is sized to the board either way so both read as the same design. Up to about 24 characters is comfortable.
We are a group of groomsmen going in on one gift. Does that work?
It works well, because this is a gift for the household rather than for the groom alone. Put both names on the top line and the wedding date underneath, and it reads as from all of you. It is also the rare wedding gift that gets used rather than stored.

Got these for my brother’s bachelor party for all the guys. They are very well made. My only thing I would say is that they are thick for golf ball markers. I would consider cutting them down about half the height of what they are. We are all big golfers and they would interfere on the greens if you use them. Just my honest opinion. But they came out great and shipping was quick! Thank you for making them!
