Shipping policy

Most orders arrive within a week. Most of our gifts are engraved, embroidered or assembled in our own workshop in Monroe, Connecticut, and most leave the building within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Orders for a whole wedding party ship just as fast as a single gift.

How long it takes in the continental United States. Standard Shipping usually arrives 4 to 8 business days after you order. Checkout shows 6 to 10 business days so you have some cushion. This year 9 in 10 standard orders arrived within 8. Expedited Shipping usually arrives 3 to 5 business days after you order, and most arrive in 3. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting national holidays.

Gifts made by our partner workshops ship from the partner, and many arrive in the same window. A few specialty makers (hand-painted mugs, wooden sunglasses, caricatures and bobbleheads) take longer, and their product pages say so.

Ordering for a wedding date? Order at least 2 weeks ahead and Standard Shipping usually works well. Inside 2 weeks, pick Expedited Shipping at checkout. Inside a week, email us your wedding date before you order and we will tell you honestly what can make it.

Shipping cost in the United States. Standard Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Otherwise it is $7.99 on orders up to $20, $8.99 up to $40, and $9.99 up to $74.99. Expedited Shipping is $19.99 on orders up to $20, $29.99 up to $60, $39.99 up to $100, $49.99 up to $200, and $79.99 over $200. Alaska and Hawaii rates are shown at checkout.

Canada. Standard Shipping takes 8 to 12 business days and costs $29.99 to $69.99 depending on your order total. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. We do not offer expedited shipping to Canada, because customs time is out of our hands.

Australia and other countries. Australia takes 8 to 14 business days and costs $49.99 to $125 depending on your order total. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. United Kingdom and other countries: rates are shown at checkout where we ship, or email us your address and the gifts you want and we will quote it.

Good to know. You get a tracking email the moment your gift ships (usually UPS, sometimes USPS). Orders with items from more than one workshop may arrive in separate boxes. We review every personalization before it is made. We cannot guarantee an address change once an order is confirmed, so please check your address at checkout.
