Where is my order?
You get a tracking email the moment your order ships, usually by UPS and sometimes USPS. Most orders leave our workshop within 1 to 2 business days and arrive within a week.
If tracking says delivered and you cannot find it, give it 24 hours, check around the door and with neighbors, then send us your order number.
Can I change a name, date or address?
Email us right away with your order number. A real person reads every name, date and message before anything is made, so the sooner you write, the better. We cannot promise a change once an order is confirmed, but we always do our best.
Will my gifts arrive before the wedding?
Order at least 2 weeks ahead and Standard Shipping usually works well. Inside 2 weeks, choose Expedited Shipping at checkout. Inside a week, send us your wedding date before you order and we will tell you honestly what can make it. Orders for 6, 8 or 12 guys ship just as fast as one gift.
What if a gift arrives damaged?
Email us a photo with your order number and we will replace it with the same gift. A postage-paid envelope for the damaged one comes with your replacement.
Can I return a gift?
Personalized gifts cannot be returned, because they are made just for you. Gifts without personalization can be returned unused and in their original packaging within 30 days. Full details are in our refund policy.
How do I order for the whole wedding party?
Add each gift with its own name, one at a time, and you will see every personalization in your cart before you check out. We review every order, and if anything looks off we email you before we engrave.
