We are all following the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its effect on our daily lives.
Some of our personalization shops have been impacted by COVID-19 and our gifts take a little longer to make and ship out. We are working hard to ensure every gift gets out to our costumers in a speedy and safe fashion. That being said, we have taken all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of or workers by running a skeleton crew and taking breaks daily to clean the facility. This has slowed down production but it makes sure we have a safe workplace. I hope everyone can understand during these hard times, things will be a bit slower but we will be back up to full power soon. Our minimum staff that is working to engrave and ship your orders are taking the recommended precautions: washing hands, sanitizing all surfaces and work-stations. We have a large facility so we are able to space people apart so they are far apart and ensure all breaks times are observing social distance measures.
The situation can change rapidly, and we want everyone to know that we are doing everything we can to keeping a safe environment for everyone while getting our orders out in a timely fashion.
