A clear, high quality photo where his face is easy to see. A phone photo works well. If the photo has more than one person, crop it to just him before you upload it.

Can I add a name or nickname?
Yes. The Personalization field is optional. Whatever you enter there, such as a name or nickname, is engraved below the portrait.
