Shipping Outside of the United States

We love our international friends and are happy to say that we can ship many of our groomsmen gifts to Canada, Australia, Ireland, United Kingdom and many other international countries.  We are located in the United States and do ship products internationally, however there are a few things to keep in mind when ordering from GroovyGroomsmenGifts.com:

PRICES

Our prices are in US Dollars, but if you are ordering with a credit card from a different country your card company will calculate the exchange rate difference.

DUTIES

We wish you didn't have to pay duties on our shipment from the United States, but unfortunately you do. Some orders will be subject to duty charges by customs, therefore you, the customer, will be responsible for these charges at the time of receipt of the package. Unfortunately, any personalized order refused by customers attempting to avoid duties charges cannot be returned for a refund. Non-personalized orders can be returned for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, duties and a 15% re-stocking fee.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION

Occasionally we will offer a free shipping promotion, but since our costs to ship internationally are so much higher we cannot offer this free shipping promotion to international customers.  We still try to do our best to hook international customers us, international customers will be asked to pay a shipping fee that will help us cover a portion of the cost that it takes to ship the packages internationally.  

CUSTOMS

Please know the laws of your country and what can be shipped into your country.  Groovy Groomsmen Gifts will not be responsible for any items that customs remove from packages because they do not clear customs.  Some items such as multi-tools are not permitted to be shipped into certain countries. We cannot offer a refund for items that are engraved do not clear customs.
